I would like to personally thank you for your interest in Classy Cleaning Services. We are a residential, commercial and industrial cleaning service. My name is Valerie DeLine-Garcia and I have been cleaning homes and businesses since 2017. My goal is to simplify your life by saving you valuable time and energy. We would like to give you the peace of mind you deserve and the time you need to enjoy your life and loved ones. Allow us to do the "dirty work"-we surely do not mind.

Classy Cleaning Services currently provides cleaning in Fulton County and Henry Counties. I am hoping to extend our services into Defiance and Williams counties next year.

Jeremiah has been helping behind the scenes with Classy Cleaning since the beginning. He will be now heading up the commercial and industrial side of the business. He has several years of experience working in manufacturing and understands the importance of a safe and clean working environment. Initial Top to Bottom Clean
Perhaps no one has vacuumed behind or beneath your couch for a while or pulled out your stove (we move what we can). A Deep Clean provides general cleaning but with added perks.
Maintenance
You might just need a little added help with the basic needs of keeping up with the dusting, bathrooms and floors. This is a perfect package to maintain the everyday build up. This package is recommended for weekly or bi-weekly after a deep clean to maintain a clean environment.

Pricing and Booking
A complimentary meet and greet with every potential client allows me to meet with you and tour your home while discussing what you need assistance with. I can then provide you with a fair hourly price for your cleaning needs.

I offer several options and services. I can customize a cleaning package specifically for your needs. We work hourly with a minimum of two hours per cleaning visit. We do our best to work quickly, efficiently and complete all of your requests within the allotted time.

Communication
We do our best to answer all calls and text messages or emails in a timely manner. However, we may be in a client's home and want to respect their time. We will return your call or messages when our shift is over. Please feel free to leave a voicemail or email with your questions, comments or concerns.

Scheduling
We do our best to develop a schedule that works for everyone. We schedule weekly or bi-weekly. We work best with consistency on the same day and time. This allows for us to place future client's on our schedule. We do ask if you are able to be flexible in changes in your scheduled cleaning visit to accommodate new clients, however, we do understand that this is not an option for some clients.

*Rescheduling
Stuff is going to happen and at some point or another for whatever reason, one of us, is going to need to reschedule our cleaning visit. If possible allow us 48-24 hour notice if you feel you will not need us for your scheduled cleaning.This allows us to reach our to others to fill that time. Please call/text or email as soon as you know there will be a change and we will do our best to reschedule your cleaning at the next earliest time available if you wish and we will do the same.

*Sick Policy
If you or your children get sick with a contagious illness please call and reschedule your cleaning. Even though your home is disinfected it is possible that germs might be transported to the next home or become sick ourselves. And to be fair to all of our clients we prefer to wait until you are well again. On our end, we may call in sick as well to protect your family.

Assigned Housekeepers
Classy Cleaning wants you to feel comfortable with who is cleaning your home. We will arrange for you to meet your housekeepers before your first scheduled cleaning visit so that you can meet and develop some communication to get to know them. Also to add for your piece of mind, each employee agrees to a background check and drug test.
Picking Up
We do not want you to clean before we get to your home, however, the better your space is picked up, the better job we can do for you. Getting items picked up off the floor such as toys, papers or any trash really helps us get to the "dirty work". If you cannot get to picking up things before we arrive, no problem, just know we will clean what we can get to.
Supplies
We do require the client to keep cleaning supplies on hand for their home. Every client can be particular on what products are to be used. Experience has shown us that some client's are sensitive to the smell of cleaning products or client's prefer all products to be eco-friendly. Also homes have been constructed with marble or granite and they prefer their trusted products they have always used. Every home and client is different and it makes the process of "cleaning" easier if the client keeps their preferred cleaning supplies on hand. We do offer a suggested cleaning and tool list at the time of your complementary meet and greet.
Alarms & Keys
It is not necessary to be home while your home is being cleaned. If you have an alarm, please ensure it is turned off or we have the code/key to enter your home
Pets
We love pets!! However, due to potential health risks, we do not clean litter boxes, urine or feces. If you have a pet that is the least bit aggressive, it will need to be absent from the area we are cleaning.
Payment
Payment is required same day of service by cash, check or electronic payment through Venmo unless other arrangements have been made. Please make check out to Classy Cleaning, LLC.
Our Guarantee
We have built our business on reputation by providing our clients with the best possible service available. Still, we realize that because we are human, things from time to time will get missed. Should this happen, please give us a call within 24 hours and we will make note to rectify this on our next visit to your home.
